Rachel, I am sorry I had to miss your teleconference, what was the end result, or, what did you learn that could help people who are panicking about the economy?

I am so glad I gave yesterday's teleconference a try. The whole thing was serendipitous. Your use of the word "hypervigilance" was a boon. Checking around the web the word is most frequently used in connection with PTSD, and law enforcement and first responders emotional care. It's one of the reasons my "down time" is not as reparative as it could be and your suggestion to create "okay moments" is going to help a lot but will still take time.

btw - I just noticed that you are sitting on railroad tracks in your photo; and judging by the level of maintained-ness it looks like an active line. Scary.
